All sales of printed or digital materials are final and orders generally cannot be changed once they have been submitted for printing or burning.

For this reason, we advise you to carefully review the image online, even use the zoom capabilities of the gallery, before placing a print or digital order to make sure that the image you have selected for printing or burning is an image you desire.  We cannot avoid reprint charges for errors you may make in image selection. 

We also advise our customers that the viewing experience may vary from monitor to monitor and the actual print you receive will likely differ in color and resolution from what you view on your monitor, this is especially true with the larger enlargements and posters, as resolution will be lost and defects enhanced with such prints. 

However, if after you receive your prints you are not satisfied with the print quality, please send us the original prints and if we determine that the quality is sub-standard for the images you chose, we will reprint at no cost to you.
